How to proceed?

1. Order your test kit – free of charge
You can order our test kit for free online or simply call 0049 8082 – 8289 222. With the test kit you receive an instruction sheet and the complete information and documents you need. All sent in a discrete envelope.

2. Taking the sample, buccal swab or trace material
Take the sample using our free test kit or an ordinary cotton swab. Rub the swab several times firmly at the inner side of your cheek back and forth. A detailed instruction is included in the documents or can be downloaded. Alternatively we offer the possibility of using so-called trace material like a toothbrush, dummies, cigarette buds, hair with roots etc.

3. Send order form and samples directly to us, transfer payment
A correctly addressed, prepaid (Germany) envelope and payment details are already included in the test kit. Our address: MV-Genetix GmbH, Anzinger Straße 70, D - 85560 Ebersberg. Please pay latest directly after sending us the order.

4. Result
The result of your DNA paternity test will be sent to you as an expert certificate latest 8 to 10 working days after receipt of your samples and payment on our account. If you like to choose our express-service, we guarantee a delivery within 5 working days.
